How to place an order?

  1. Visit estore.imperialtreasure.com to browse our CNY Products selection
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to purchase and click “Add To Cart”.
  3. View the items in your shopping cart and confirm your selection (Shopping cart icon is located at the top of the page).
  4. Click “Checkout” to complete the order.
  5. Select the delivery mode preferred (Self-Collection)
  6. Proceed to make payment (Acceptance of our Terms & Conditions is required)
  7. Once payment is completed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email provided.

 

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
An account is not required to shop and purchase at our e-store.  

 

Is there any minimum spending required for online ordering?
No. There is no minimum spending required for online ordering.

   

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Upon confirmation of your order and payment is completed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. 

   

Can I cancel/refund my order? 
Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, any cancellation/exchange/refund of order is not allowed. It is important to check your order before proceeding with payment.

 

How long does it take to process the order?
Order(s) must be made at least two (02) working days in advance of the date of self-collection. For Corporate & Bulk purchases, orders must be made at least three (03) working days in advance of the date of self-collection/delivery.


Is earning of i-dollar (i$) allowed for the purchase of CNY Products? 
No. Earning of (i$) is not applicable for purchase of any CNY Product. 


Is redemption of membership privileges allowed for the purchase of CNY Products? 
Yes. Redemption of membership privileges is allowed but cannot be used in conjunction with other membership programmes.

What are the delivery timings available (only available for Festive Goodies)?

The delivery timings available are:
1. 10am to 12pm
2. 2pm to 6pm

Please take note that we are not able to accommodate any requests for a specific delivery timing. And the actual time of delivery may vary subject to the traffic and weather conditions, and any unforeseen circumstances.

  

Is there any delivery charge?

Delivery service is available for festive goodies at S$50 per location. Complimentary delivery is available with spending above S$800.00 (subtotal) to one (01) location only. 

 

Do you deliver to overseas?

Delivery service is only available within Singapore island. 

How do I store my Festive Goodies?

Please keep refrigerated within 1 hour of purchase. Our products are freshly made with no preservatives. Best consumed within 7 days from date of purchase. Imperial Treasure holds no responsibility for the festive items once they are taken out of our premises. 

How is my personal information used?
We may use your information for marketing and promotional purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.
