Festive Products- Mid-Autumn Festival
1. When will you be retailing your Mid-Autumn Festive items (Mooncakes)?
Sale of our Mid-Autumn Festive items will commence online from 25 July 2022 and in-store from 5 August 2022. Subject to availability, the last day for online order submission will be 31 August 2022.
2. When can I collect the Mid-Autumn Festive items that I have purchased online?
Collection starts from 5 August 2022 at your chosen outlet. 4 working days (including the day you place your order) advance order is required.
3. Where can I collect my Mid-Autumn Festive items that I have purchased online?
Collection starts from 5 August 2022 onwards, at all Imperial Treasure and Treasures Yi Dian Xin outlets. Kindly refer to outlets’ details and operational timings here
4. Do you offer delivery for the Mid-Autumn Festive items?
Free local delivery* to one (01) location is available for order of 10 boxes & above. Order must be made in a single receipt. Drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, to arrange for the free local delivery.
For orders below $300, delivery service is chargeable at S$80 per location.
*Please take note that we are not able to accommodate any requests for a specific delivery timing. And the actual time of delivery may vary subject to the traffic and weather conditions, and any unforeseen circumstances.
5. For bulk purchase or corporate orders, who can I reach out to?
For bulk purchases or corporate orders (31 boxes & above), kindly write in to email@example.com
6. Will earning of I-dollars (i$) be allowed for purchase of Mid-Autumn Festive items?
No. Earning of (i$) is not applicable for purchase of any Mid-Autumn Festive items.
However, you get to receive a $50 Imperial Treasure voucher with every $300 spend (before discount and GST).
7. How do I know if my order is processed?
You will receive an email confirmation from us.
8. What do I need to show at the restaurant to pick-up my order?
Kindly show your confirmation email (no hard copy is required).
9. Can I order the Mid-Autumn Festive items in advance?
Yes, you can order up to 4 days in advance, either in-store or online.
10. Who can I contact should I have further queries or feedback for my order?
You may write in to firstname.lastname@example.org ; Kindly allow up to 3 working days for us to reply.
1. Can I self-collect the gift vouchers at any Imperial Treasure outlets?
For self-collection, please order directly from the outlets.
2. How long does it take to receive the Gift Voucher(s)?
It takes approximately 5 to 7 working days.
3. What is the validity of the Gift Voucher(s)?
The validity of the voucher will be 12 months from the date of issue.
4.Can I use the Gift Voucher(s) at other Imperial Treasure outlets outside Singapore?
No. The use of Gift Voucher(s) is only for use within Singapore.
General (including Wines)
1. Can I cancel my order?
In the event that you have confirmed and submitted your orders, no cancellations are allowed.
2. What is your payment mode?
We accept payment via PayPal at the moment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay via credit card though the PayPal payment gateway.
3. Do you provide Delivery for the Wine purchases?
No. Wine purchases via E-store will be applicable for self-collection only, at all Imperial Treasure outlets except Imperial Treasure Steamboat Restaurant, Treasures Noodle & Congee House & Treasures Yi Dian Xin.
4. What information do you collect?
We collect information from you when you place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form. When ordering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other relevant information.
