Chinese New Year (Festive Collection)
1. When can I pre-order CNY Festive items?
Pre-orders for our CNY Festive items start online from 2 January 2026 and in-store from 31 January 2026. Kindly note the cutoff dates for online orders: 11 February 2026 for Festive Cakes and 26 February 2026 for all Fatt Choy Yu Sheng and Abalone Treasure Pot.
2. When can I collect my CNY Festive items?
Collections begin on 31 January 2026. Please allow 3 working days for advance orders.
3. What are your outlets' details and operations hours?

4. Do you offer delivery for your CNY Festive items?
Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery services for our CNY Festive items.
5. Is earning of i-dollar (i$) allowed for purchase of CNY Festive items?
The earning of (i$) is NOT applicable for online purchases of any CNY Festive items.
6. How do I know the order went through?
Upon successful placement of your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
7. What do I need to show at the restaurant to pick-up my order?
Please show your confirmation email (no printed email is required).
8. Can I order in advance?
Yes, you can order up to 3 days in advance, either in-store or online.
9. For the ‘Buy 2 Get 1 Free’ Candied Walnut promotion, will the system automatically track my 3rd bottle?
No, you will need to add the 3rd bottle into your cart, so that the system will capture it as a complimentary.
10. For the ‘Buy Treasure Pot, Free Salmon Yu Sheng’ promotion, will the system automatically capture the complimentary item?
No, you will need to add the Fatt Choy Salmon Yu Sheng into your cart for the system to recognize it as complimentary. For example, if you buy a Large Treasure Pot, add one Large Fatt Choy Salmon Yu Sheng to your cart. The same applies for the Small size.
11. What are the recommended storage conditions for Festive Cakes?
It is recommended to refrigerate the cakes at 0–4°C within one hour of purchase/collection. Avoid direct sunlight, as our products are freshly made with no preservatives. For best quality, consume within 7 days from the date of purchase.
12. Is the Abalone Treasure Pot ready-to-eat or frozen at the point of collection?
Abalone Treasure Pots are fully cooked upon collection and should be reheated prior to consumption to ensure optimal quality.
13. What are the consumption instructions for Fatt Choy Yu Sheng?
To ensure optimal freshness and quality, Fatt Choy Yu Sheng should be consumed within 2 hours of collection.
Gift Vouchers

1. What delivery methods are available for Dining Voucher(s)?
Dining Vouchers may be self-collected at your preferred Imperial Treasure outlets or delivered via courier to the designated address.
2. How long does it take to receive the Dining Voucher(s) via delivery?
It takes approximately 5 to 7 working days.
3. What is the validity of the Dining Voucher(s)?
The validity of the voucher will be 12 months from the date of issue.
4. Can I use the Dining Voucher(s) at other Imperial Treasure outlets outside Singapore?
No. The use of Dining Voucher(s) is only for use within Singapore.
5. How is the tier discount for the $100 Dining Voucher applied?
The tier discount will be automatically applied to the cart once the minimum purchase quantity is met.
6. Can Dining Voucher(s) be used in conjunction with Imperial Treasure Club privileges or e-vouchers?
No. Dining Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with Imperial Treasure Club privileges or e-vouchers. Customers may choose to apply either one, but not both in the same transaction.

1. Can I cancel my order?
In the event that you have confirmed and submitted your orders, no cancellations are allowed.
2. What is your payment mode?
We accept payment via PayPal at the moment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay via credit card though the PayPal payment gateway.
3. What information do you collect?
We collect information from you when you place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form. When ordering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other relevant information.
